AcryGlo®
A proven performance coating in the aviation industry for over 20 years, AcryGlo is quick drying, exhibits outstanding gloss, and gloss retention upon weathering. It has a high resistance to chipping, and its excellent buffing characteristics make it a top choice for single engine aircraft or helicopters.
AcryGlo is commonly used as an overall paint topcoat on single engine aircraft and helicopters. It is also used as the primary product for stripes/accent colors. Its simple 3:1 mix ratio and ease of application make it the best alternative to commonly misused automotive paints. Available in Metallic Base Coat/Clear Coat, and endless array of colors.
AcryGlo® High Solids
AcryGlo® High Solids is a VOC Compliant product, it exhibits outstanding gloss and gloss retention upon weathering. Excellent (DOI) distinctness of image, good buffing characteristics, and free of lead and chromate hazards.

JetGlo®
A proven performance coating in the aviation industry for over 25 years, JetGlo is a multi-component polyester urethane designed for use on high performance general aviation, business jet, and commercial aircraft. JetGlo has outstanding high gloss appearance, durability and Skydrol® fluid resistance.
JetGlo is commonly used as an overall topcoat on high performance, business jet and commercial applications. JetGlo is a simple 1:1 mix ratio, available in thousands of solid colors.
JetGlo Express™
JetGlo Express™ is a high performance multi-component polyester urethane, designed for use on high performance general aviation, business jet, and commercial aircraft.
This coating was designed to meet performance requirements of Mil-PRF-85285 Rev. C and D, AMS 3095A, BMS 10-72, BAMS 565-009, Type II Class A. JetGlo Express™ has the same outstanding high gloss appearance, durability and Skydrol® fluid resistance as conventional JetGlo with the added benefits of faster drying times, and good buffing characteristics, all in a environmentally compliant product. Fill Bond™
Fill Bond™ Aerospace Putty is a high build filler ideal for filling seams, rivets and small spot repair areas. Fill Bond™ provides good adhesion to properly pretreated aluminum and composites.It is chrome and lead hazard free as well as free of isocyanates. It has excellent spreadability, flexibility and film build up which makes it an excellent alternative for conventional Polyester body filler.
Jet Suede®
Soft Swade® Interior Coatings is a two-component urethane designed to enhance the feel of aircraft interior components. Its “Soft to the Touch” feel provides not only outstanding durability, but also is resistant to chemicals, abrasion and mar. This product is a special order product, available in a variety of colors.
Soft Swade is a highly specialized coating, requiring its own specific catalyst and reducer. This product is considered a “Factory Packaged” color, so a longer than normal lead time is expected. Please contact ACI for details and availability.
JetFlex®
JETFLEX APPROVED BMS10-83
JetFlex® Aircraft Interior Finish is a two-component polyurethane coating formulated for the finishing and refinishing of plastic and metal components within the cabin and cockpit of aircraft. JetFlex® meets the performance specifications of Boeing BMS 10-83D Type II and III. Meets the FAR/JAR 25.853 Burn& Smoke Release. JetFlex is blended in house, and offers very short lead times, and is available in a wide variety of colors and gloss levels.
JetFlex® Elite
JetFlex® Elite aircraft interior finish is a two-component polyurethane coating designed to create a softer, richer atmosphere in the aircraft cabin. JetFlex Elite creates a subtle glow with highlights and colored shadows that is more responsive to LED lighting.
JetFlex® Elite is designed to meet the performance requirements of Boeing BMS10-83N, II and III and is based off of qualified technology, while retaining the designated performance criteria of the FAR/JAR 25.853 Burn and Smoke release test.
Polane® L
POLANE CERTIFIED BMS10-83
Polane® L Semi-Gloss Polyurethane is a two component polyurethane coating formulated for the finishing and refinishing of plastic and metal components within the cabin and cockpit of commercial aircraft. POLANE® L products are approved and widely used by The Boeing Company and others under Boeing BMS 10-83 Ty II, III, V specification. Meets FAA FAR 25.853 regulation. Meets the flammability, yellowing resistance and smoke stain resistance requirements of the Boeing BMS10-83. Alliance Coatings has a dedicated facility to accommodate the growing aircraft interior cabin manufacturing and refit/refurbishment industry in the Pacific Northwest. Conveniently located in Arlington, WA, this facility stocks Boeing Certified Interior Cabin Coatings, Polane® as well as JetFlex®. Due to the production and certification process, we highly recommend that you consult with us regarding this product. It is very important to understand when “Boeing Certified” vs “Boeing Approved” materials are required. Our expertise in this segment is second to none; we are well versed on the complexities of Boeing specifications and can help you determine which Coatings Certification Level is appropriate for parts based on application and we fully understand the need for in-time availability of product to keep production on-schedule and avoid costly shutdowns or line changes.
JetFlex® Water Reducible
JetFlex® WR Aircraft Interior Finish is a low VOC, single component, water reducible polyurethane dispersion intended for the aircraft interior market. It provides a smooth or texture-coating system on structural foam, injection molded plastic, or treated steel.
JetFlex® WR provides performance properties similar to two component solvent-based polyurethanes. Designed to meet the performance criteria of the FAR/JAR 25.853. Uses DI water for reducing and cleaning, Excellent solvent hardness, available in Semi-Gloss and Flat colors.
SkyScapes®
A polyester urethane Sherwin-Williams exclusive topcoat that is applied using a basecoat-clearcoat process. It is designed to deliver superior appearance and durability on commercial airlines, business jets, and helicopters.
SKYscapes® basecoat-clearcoat exterior paint system provides faster processing time, more color and easier maintenance than traditional single-stage aerospace coatings. SKYscapes allows paint shops to augment production schedules and complete more paint jobs. SKYscapes basecoat-clearcoat delivers a consistent, durable, colorful finish that provides airlines, plane owners and aircraft designers with a broad selection of color options, including custom color matching and special effect finishes.
The KwikKit® provides a unique method for applying paint related touch-up, assembly rework, production rework, corrosion control, cosmetic touch-ups, and maintenance due to environmental conditions. The KwikKit® packaging concept is a patented two-component paint/primer touch up kit. Unlike any others on the market, the KwikKit utilizes a “catalyst capsule” which insures the integrity of the catalyst. The KwikKit® delivers a consistent means of spraying two-component materials without the mess and inconsistent spray patterns often found with similar kits on the market. The disposable KwikKit® is the only touch-up kit on the market to meet California APCD rules on Aerospace Coatings Operations and is the only kit exempt from additional hazardous material shipping charges (ground only).
